You were notified of a WWCC status change before Oho alerted you

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 3:26 PM

This can happen. Government portals can notify workers and employers directly, independently of Oho's verification cycle.

Oho verifies on a 7-day cycle and sends notifications when Oho detects the change at verification, not at the moment the state authority updates its records. So there's a window of up to 7 days where a status change may not yet be reflected in Oho, even though a direct notification may have already gone out.

For NSW specifically, the OCG linkage means you may receive OCG notifications between Oho's annual verifications.
