What happens if no match is found when adding an accreditation

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 3:26 PM

For most check types, if no match is found with the details you've entered, Oho does not save the accreditation. You'll see a pop-up alerting you that no match was found. Double-check the details and try again.

Pending-load types are different. The following check types save the accreditation regardless of match status and show a "pending load" smart tag while processing:

  • New South Wales WWCC
  • South Australia WWCC
  • Northern Territory WWCC
  • Tasmania WWCC
  • National Disability Worker Screening (NDWS)

Once a pending-load record is confirmed valid, it shows green. If it can't be verified, it shows red with a "Review Required" status, meaning the information needs correcting before another check can be triggered. Simply re-adding the accreditation without correcting the data won't help.
