Some WWCC types require portal credentials to be configured in Oho before verification can occur.
For all states:
- The account provided must have the highest privileges available (administrator level)
- Confirm you can log in to the portal with the credentials before entering them into Oho
- Log out of the state portal before entering your credentials in Oho
