South Australia DHS Screening credentials

SA WWCC verifications use your SA DHS Screening Unit credentials.

Important: The SA screening portal automatically logs users out every 3 months, so your credentials will need to be re-entered in Oho at that time. If SA WWCC verifications suddenly start failing, expired credentials are the first thing to check.

To add credentials, go to Settings, Provider Settings, Click on the drop down arrow beside South Australia then 'Update Credentials'. A Pop up box will display allowing you to enter your Username and Password that you use to log in to the SA DHS portal. Click Save.

First-time validation: The first time the credentials are used by the verification process, a green tick appears next to the South Australia section in Provider Settings. This confirms the credentials have been validated successfully.
