South Australia has a separate WWCC category for volunteers, which is different from the employee WWCC.
If a volunteer's WWCC isn't appearing or isn't verifying:
- Confirm the correct check type is selected in Oho (volunteer vs employee)
- If the type is incorrect, update it and re-trigger verification
