If you receive the error "You've reached your maximum defined types for your subscription. Please request upgrade if you require more" when trying to add a defined type for SA WWCC, this is typically a backend configuration issue, not a subscription problem. You don't need to upgrade.
Contact support@weareoho.com and we'll correct the setting. The standard limit is 10, not 1.
