What information is mandatory when adding a person

The only mandatory field when adding a person is their full name. All other fields (email, mobile, date of birth, external ID) are optional but strongly recommended for verification accuracy and to prevent duplicate records.

Some accreditation types require extra fields:

• NSW WWCC: date of birth is required for verification
• SA WWCC: date of birth is required for verification
• QLD Blue Card: date of birth is required for linking
• VEVO / Visa checks: passport number, country, and date of birth
