When you click Save in Oho (for example when adding a new person or updating details), the screen turns light blue as if loading but never completes. Nothing is saved and the page appears frozen.
This is a known browser cookie issue. It's intermittent and affects some accounts more than others.
Fix:
- Clear your browser cookies and site data. In Chrome:
- Click the three vertical dots in the top right
- Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete browsing data
- Ensure only "Cookies and other site data" is selected
- Click Delete data
- Log back into Oho and retry the action
- If it still doesn't work, try a different browser (Edge, Firefox)
- If it continues across multiple browsers, contact support@weareoho.com with your account details and what you were trying to do
Tip: Before re-entering information, check the portal to see whether the save actually completed. The save may have succeeded even though the page appeared frozen.
Different issue: If you're specifically logged out when selecting a file to attach to an accreditation, see the "Can't upload attachments to accreditations" article. That's a permissions issue, not a cookie issue.
