About accreditation linking

Some accreditation types require an explicit linkage step that registers the card against your organisation at the state portal.

• NSW WWCC — linkage is implicit, Oho handles it automatically
• NDWS — explicit, can be handled by Oho
• QLD Blue Card — explicit, can be handled by Oho

Records that are not yet linked appear as yellow dashboard tiles requiring action within Oho.

Linking is a separate action from ongoing verification. Ongoing verification works without linking. Linking is required only to receive direct notifications from the state portal about status changes between Oho's verification cycles.
