A fetch notification is an automated email sent directly to an employee asking them to submit or renew a specific compliance document. Unlike expiry reminders (which go to the employee and their manager as an awareness alert), fetch notifications go to the employee only and include a direct action button linking to the Oho portal.
Fetch notifications are triggered based on configurable intervals before an accreditation expires, when a required accreditation is missing from a person's role, or during the recruitment process when background checks are required before a candidate can commence.
