The ICR Tracking tab in the sidebar contains all packages (sets of accreditations) that have been sent to people in your organisation.
What appears here:
- If you have a recruitment instance, these are packages sent from your ATS
- If you have Fetch Notifications configured, these are packages sent for expiring or missing accreditations
Managing requests:
- Requests can be re-sent using the letter icon next to the request
- Requests can be cancelled using the cross icon
If someone is unable to submit a specific check type within a package, the package can still be marked complete by manually adding the accreditation directly to their Oho profile.
