Background check or recruitment email bouncing

If a recruitment or background check email is bouncing back:

  1. Check whether the candidate has an alternate email address that can be used
  2. Update the email on the candidate's Oho profile to the alternate address
  3. Go to the ICR Tracking page
  4. Find the candidate's request and click the mail icon next to it to resend the check from the updated email address
  5. Confirm with the candidate that they've now received the email

This workflow is the same regardless of whether the bounced email was a recruitment request, an NPC initiation, or a Fetch notification.
