If a recruitment or background check email is bouncing back:
- Check whether the candidate has an alternate email address that can be used
- Update the email on the candidate's Oho profile to the alternate address
- Go to the ICR Tracking page
- Find the candidate's request and click the mail icon next to it to resend the check from the updated email address
- Confirm with the candidate that they've now received the email
This workflow is the same regardless of whether the bounced email was a recruitment request, an NPC initiation, or a Fetch notification.
