Candidate has not received their recruitment email

If a candidate hasn't received the Oho recruitment email:

  • Confirm the correct email address was used when sending the request
  • Ask the candidate to check their spam or junk folder
  • Resend the request from the candidate's profile in the recruitment module

If the candidate doesn't receive multiple resend attempts, contact support@weareoho.com.
