If a candidate has completed all their checks but can't move to the Ongoing instance:
- Check the candidate's profile for any outstanding checks or validation errors
- Confirm their ATS status has been updated to the correct trigger status if you use an integrated ATS
- Contact support@weareoho.com with the candidate's name, email, and external ID if the transition is stuck
