VEVO check required before a candidate can move to ongoing

For workers who hold a visa, a VEVO-type visa entry must be added to their profile along with their passport details, in order for the recruitment package to be marked as complete and the transition to the ongoing instance to proceed.

If a candidate is stuck:

• Check whether a VEVO visa entry is present alongside their passport details
• If missing, add a VEVO-type visa check to the profile with their passport number, country, and date of birth
• Once added and the package is complete, they should be able to move to the ongoing instance
