If a visa check has been submitted but isn't visible in the worker's profile:
- Confirm the visa details (visa class, grant number, date of birth) were entered correctly. Incorrect details will cause the check to fail silently
- If the details are correct and the check is still not appearing after 24 hours, contact support@weareoho.com
