Expiry-Based Fetch

Sent to an employee when one or more of their compliance checks are approaching expiry. Includes a list of the checks expiring and an "Update here" button.

• All body text outside the list of expiring checks is editable
• Colours are editable
• The recipient's name and the number of days to expiry are fixed and cannot be changed

Missing Accreditation — Role Requirement

Sent when a mandatory compliance check is required for a person's role but has not yet been submitted. Includes a list of required checks and an "Update here" button.

• Same editability rules as Expiry-Based Fetch

Recruitment Checks

Sent to candidates during the recruitment process. Includes a "Complete Checks" button linking to the Oho portal. The link is single-use and expires after 7 days.

• Almost fully editable. All text except the recipient's name can be customised
