Expiry reminders vs fetch notifications

These two notification types are commonly confused.

	Fetch Notifications	Expiry Reminders
Sent to	Employee only	Employee plus Manager / Escalation contacts
Purpose	Request to submit or renew documentation	Alert about an approaching expiry date
Timing	Configurable intervals (e.g. 30 days, 7 days out)	Configurable intervals (e.g. 30 days, 7 days, on expiry)
Action	Employee uploads document via Oho portal	Awareness plus escalation if no action taken
