Notification events Oho can send

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 3:27 PM

Oho can automatically send emails to admin users or people when accreditations expire, are expiring soon, or are invalidated. Notification events that can be configured separately for admin users and people include:

  • New warning
  • Expiring soon (within 42 days)
  • Expired (unconfirmed)
  • VIC only — New card details (different card number available)
  • Conditional (AHPRA / VEVO conditions)
  • No longer current (revoked, expired, or not found)
  • Not valid on first check
  • Name mismatch on first check

An accreditation is tagged as "expiring soon" when it has less than 6 weeks until its expiry date. Once it reaches the expiry date it is re-tagged as "expired".

Email addresses must be entered in Oho for people to receive notifications.
