When a candidate selects "I cannot supply this information" for a check, that section of the ICR is greyed out and no information is recorded in Oho for that check.
- The package can still be marked complete if all other required checks are verified. Oho does not automatically fail a package because a single check was skipped via the cannot supply option
- If all other checks are verified and the package is complete, a pass is sent to your ATS, even though one check was skipped
- Oho does not currently send a notification to alert you when a check has been skipped. The greyed-out section in the ICR is the only indicator
