| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | The package is incomplete, but some checks have been added. The person has started but not finished |
| Pending | The person has entered their details via a direct link, been sent a link from an integrated ATS, or been sent an update request from Oho. Awaiting their action |
| Completed | The process has finished successfully with no further action required |
| Review | The item requires manual checking or validation, most likely due to a check that needs to be re-entered |
| Cancelled | The request has been stopped and will not be progressed further |
