Before starting, you must be logged out of the Queensland Blue portal. You'll also need access to the mobile number associated with your Queensland Digital Identity (QDI) and Blue Card portal accounts.
If you have a passkey associated with your QDI account, this process cannot currently be completed.
- Click Update Credentials
- Enter your details
- Click Update Default Settings
- These are the default values for linking new people to your organisation
- Ensure Organisation Name matches your QLD Blue portal exactly
- Oho requires two MFA one-time passwords, one for your QDI account and one for the Blue Card portal
- Two OTPs will be sent to the mobile number associated with your QLD Blue account. This can take up to 5 minutes. If no OTP arrives, continue to step 7 to retry
- Enter the first OTP received and press Enter/Return
- Repeat for the second OTP
- Return to the Oho Dashboard
- Click the yellow button showing the number of Queensland accreditations. You may be prompted to enter another OTP
Note: If the OTP field disappears, the details entered are likely incorrect.
After linking is complete, people are associated with Oho and don't need to be linked again. Oho links 50 accreditations at a time, so repeat step 9 if you have more than 50.
Troubleshooting
- OTPs entered successfully but no people linking — confirm your default settings are correct and the organisation name matches exactly
- Some people link but others don't — confirm the date of birth is correct on the affected people. Linking uses the Blue Card number and date of birth to match
