The NDWS sync runs on a scheduled interval, by default every 7 days.
- If you add a brand new NDWS accreditation that hasn't been linked before, initial linking to Proda and update of details in Oho usually happens within 30 minutes
- If you re-add or re-validate an existing NDWS accreditation, the sync will run at the next scheduled interval, which can be up to 7 days
- The minimum configurable sync interval is 3 days
If you need a faster sync for an urgent compliance deadline, contact support@weareoho.com and we can reduce the interval on a case-by-case basis.
