NDWS accreditation not verifying due to name mismatch

NDWS accreditations verify against the worker's full name. If the check is failing despite the name appearing correct:

  • Compare the name in Oho's Full Name field against the name registered with NDIS
  • If they differ, try moving the alternate name to the primary Full Name field and adding the previous primary name as the alternate name
  • Re-trigger the NDWS verification
