NDWS accreditations verify against the worker's full name. If the check is failing despite the name appearing correct:
- Compare the name in Oho's Full Name field against the name registered with NDIS
- If they differ, try moving the alternate name to the primary Full Name field and adding the previous primary name as the alternate name
- Re-trigger the NDWS verification
