Dashboard tile definitions

The Oho dashboard displays tiles that categorise people by accreditation status.

Tile	Meaning
Compliant	All accreditations are current and valid. Nothing requires action
Invalid	Umbrella category covering all people with any accreditation that may be incorrect, missing, or requiring attention
Expired	People with at least one accreditation past its expiry date
Due to Expire	People with at least one accreditation expiring within 42 days
New Card Available	Victorian WWCC specific. The person holds a valid Vic WWCC but the card number differs from the one now on record with the issuing body. Update it
Link QLD Accreditations	Queensland Blue Card specific. These people have a Blue Card record but Oho hasn't yet linked with the Blue Card Services portal
In Progress	Checks have been submitted to the relevant register and are awaiting a response. Normal after bulk uploads or new cycles. If records remain In Progress for more than 5 business days, contact support

High In Progress numbers immediately after onboarding are expected. Records will resolve as government portals respond.
