If Oho shows a police check status like "Check initiated" but nothing appears against the worker in NCC or PharmacyID, this is expected behaviour.
At the "Check initiated" stage, the digital police check form has been emailed to the worker but they haven't yet filled it out and submitted it. The check is not sent to NCC or PharmacyID until the worker completes and submits their form.
What to do:
- Ask the worker to check their inbox (including spam and junk) for the police check form email
- Have them complete and submit the form
- Once submitted, the check will be sent through to the provider for processing
If the worker hasn't received the form email, contact support@weareoho.com to resend it.
