Importing an NPC obtained outside of NCC or PharmacyID

If a worker completed a police check through an external channel (not through Oho's NCC or PharmacyID integration), you can add it to their Oho profile so their compliance package is marked complete.

Steps:

1. Request the NPC Import Template from support@weareoho.com
2. Complete the template with the worker's details and check information
3. Delete the example row before importing
4. Log in to the relevant Oho portal (recruitment instance if the worker is still a candidate)
5. Select People in the left panel
6. Click the Import button in the top right
7. Drag the completed template into the import section

Once uploaded, the NPC will appear on the worker's profile and the compliance package should update to complete.

The template fields are: name, external ID, identifier, expiry date, type, reason, result, and date of birth. The "type" field should be "npc commercial" for standard commercial police checks.
