If the NPC expiry date shown in Oho does not match the actual certificate, confirm the correct expiry date on the original NPC certificate, then contact support@weareoho.com so we can correct it at the source.
Please don't try to manually change the expiry on the Oho record, as this can cause issues with automated sync jobs overwriting your change.
