Name change after marriage or legal update

If a worker has legally changed their name but their WWCC, police check, or AHPRA registration is still in their previous name:

• Add the old (accreditation) name as the alternative name in Oho so existing checks continue to verify
• The worker should update their accreditations with the relevant issuing bodies to reflect their new legal name
• Once the accreditations are updated, remove the alternative name and confirm verification still passes
