If you have a new phone or have lost access to your authenticator app, you can re-register a device from your profile, as long as you can still log in.
- Log in to Oho
- Click Hello [your name] in the top right corner
- Click Profile in the dropdown
- In the pop-up, click the MFA tab
- Click Remove next to your existing MFA device
- Click Register device
- Scan the new QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code within 30 seconds
If you can't log in at all because MFA is blocking you, contact support@weareoho.com and we'll reset it for you.
