Changing your MFA device

If you have a new phone or have lost access to your authenticator app, you can re-register a device from your profile, as long as you can still log in.

  1. Log in to Oho
  2. Click Hello [your name] in the top right corner
  3. Click Profile in the dropdown
  4. In the pop-up, click the MFA tab
  5. Click Remove next to your existing MFA device
  6. Click Register device
  7. Scan the new QR code with your authenticator app
  8. Enter the 6-digit code within 30 seconds

If you can't log in at all because MFA is blocking you, contact support@weareoho.com and we'll reset it for you.
