Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication

Oho supports MFA for admin users. Supported authenticator apps are Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and 1Password.

To enable MFA:

1. Download your preferred authenticator app
2. Log in to Oho and go to People
3. Search for your own name and open your record
4. Go to the MFA tab and click Register device
5. Click Show QR code
6. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code
7. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app into Oho within the 30-second window

Once complete, you'll be asked for the 6-digit code each time you log in.
