One-time password (OTP) email not arriving

If you're expecting a one-time password email from Oho and it hasn't arrived:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Confirm the email address on your profile is the one you're checking
  3. Ask your IT team to allowlist Oho's sending domain if your organisation has strict email filtering

For the Queensland Blue Card linking process, OTPs go to the mobile number associated with your Queensland Digital Identity (QDI) account rather than to email. They can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.

If no OTP arrives after following these steps, contact support@weareoho.com.
