Changing a user's login email

Changing a login email requires a specific sequence and won't work if there is only one admin on the account.

  1. Remove the user's admin permissions (toggle Admin User off in the Permissions tab)
  2. Change the email address on their People record
  3. Re-add admin permissions with a new password
  4. Re-establish MFA if required
