What to do during an Oho outage

If you can't access Oho:

  1. Check whether other users at your organisation are experiencing the same issue
  2. Contact support@weareoho.com or your usual support channel
  3. If an outage is confirmed, Oho will send a communication via email to affected customers
  4. You don't need to raise multiple tickets for the same outage. One is enough

During an outage we work to restore service as quickly as possible. A resolution email goes out once the platform is back up, and integrations are resynced automatically.
