If you can't access Oho:
- Check whether other users at your organisation are experiencing the same issue
- Contact support@weareoho.com or your usual support channel
- If an outage is confirmed, Oho will send a communication via email to affected customers
- You don't need to raise multiple tickets for the same outage. One is enough
During an outage we work to restore service as quickly as possible. A resolution email goes out once the platform is back up, and integrations are resynced automatically.
