Missing passport or birth certificate

If a worker's identity document (passport or birth certificate) was not uploaded during onboarding and is flagged as missing:

  • Ask the worker to upload the document via their Oho portal login, or
  • As an administrator, upload the document on the worker's behalf from their profile
