Tags help you categorise and filter people. Oho has two types:
- Custom tags (blue) — created by your admin users and applied to people manually
- Smart tags (green) — pre-defined labels that Oho automatically applies based on a person's status. Smart tags cannot be edited or deleted
Both types can be used to filter the People list and to configure different verification frequencies for different groups.
Recommendation: Custom tags are more reliable for filtering than smart tags. If you need to filter a list, use a custom tag.
