Workers not receiving notification emails

  • Confirm the email address on each worker's profile is correct
  • Ask workers to check their spam or junk folder
  • If the issue is widespread across your organisation, work with your IT team to allowlist Oho's sending domain

If the problem persists after allowlisting, contact support@weareoho.com.
