Volunteers not completing verification

If volunteers have been sent requests but aren't completing their verification:

  • Confirm the correct email addresses were used
  • Ask volunteers to check their spam or junk folder for the Oho request email
  • Resend the verification request from the volunteer's profile in Oho

If a volunteer is having trouble completing the process, they can contact support@weareoho.com directly or you can raise a ticket on their behalf.

Volunteers often need more guidance than employees. Consider providing a simple step-by-step guide alongside the Oho invitation.
