Oho does not support merging of person records, so it's important to avoid creating duplicates in the first place.
When adding a person, include at least one of the following fields so Oho can match them against existing records:
- Email address
- Phone or alternate phone
- Date of birth
- External ID (your HR or rostering system ID)
If you only provide a name, Oho will create a new record even if someone with the same name already exists.
