Updating the expiry date on an accreditation

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 3:26 PM

You cannot manually update an expiry date. The expiry date is obtained when Oho verifies the accreditation with the issuing body.

To update an expiry date, perform a manual re-verification or wait for Oho's normal verification cycle. The expiry date will only update if the accreditation has the same identifier number.

If the issuing body has issued a new identifier (for example a new card number after a renewal), you need to deactivate the old accreditation and add the new one with the updated details.
