"Oops! Something went wrong" when deactivating

If you see an "Oops! Something went wrong" error when deactivating a person, check the profile status before retrying. In most cases the deactivation has actually succeeded and the error is cosmetic.

We're aware of this bug and working on a fix. Verifying the status before retrying avoids creating duplicate requests.
